static1.squarespace.comThe second annual Irish Bloggers Conference will take place this Saturday May 30th. Held at the Radisson Hotel on Golden Lane in Dublin city centre, this event promises to provide industry tips and networking opportunities for ‘bloggers, business and social media users of all genres – new, aspiring, or seasoned.’

A wide array of speakers with successful careers in media, blogging, and social media are scheduled to appear. Featured speakers and panelists range from Nuala Gorham of fashion blog Penny and Polaroids, to Conor Lynch, CEO and founder of social media training site SocialMedia.ie.

Emma O’Farrell and Fiona Reid of Cool Events spearheaded the first Irish Bloggers Conference last year and, in the wake of the event’s success, have since founded the Irish Bloggers Association. Membership is open to any Irish blogger and offers a variety of benefits, including a discounted rate on tickets to this year’s conference.

This year’s conference will be filmed by Irish TV and feature a live Twitter wall. The MC for the day is comedian Marcus O’Laoire.

If you or someone you know would benefit from this day full of media training and networking, tickets can be found on EventBrite.
